- Once you have chosen your new tenant(s), we do a thorough walk through where we ensure that everything is in working order and document anything that should be noted.
- A lease agreement is then drafted, signed by your new tenant, and we give them the keys.
- You get a copy of the full file and take over management from there.
- If you do require our services for management issues that come up there will be additional fees.

RENTAL APPLICATION
To be considered as a tenant for one of our rental properties, each potential tenant 18 years of age and older, must fill out an application. The cost of each application is $45.
To apply, you may click the button to the right to fill out and pay your online application.

Paper applications can be dropped off in office or emailed to office@alprops4you.com. These are payable by cash, cashier’s check, or money order in office.
**CONSIDERATION WHEN APPLYING:
We require a minimum credit score of 650 as well as a ratio of three times the gross monthly income to rent. A good renter's history with no evictions is imperative. If you are a pet owner, it is always a good idea to ask about the pet policy specific to the property that you are interested in. **
